  • 1980 First performance on stage with "Transylvania" Symphonic Orchestra in Cluj, Romania                                                        
  • 1984 Second Prize winner of the Catanzaro International Competition, Catanzaro, Italy                           
  • 1985 Numerous recordings, TV Channel 1, Radio Cluj Station, Cluj, Romania
  • 1986 First Prize winner of the "Lira de Aur", national piano competition, held in Suceava, Romania 
  • 1986 First Prize winner of the "Sigismund Toduta" National Competition, Cluj, Romania 
  • 1989 Accepted at the Academy of Music "Gheorghe Dima", Cluj, Romania. Studied piano with Prof. Ninuca Osanu-Pop 
  • 1990 Second Prize winner of the "Budapest International Competition", Budapest, Hungary 
  • 1992 Third Prize winner of the "Eduard Flipse" International Competition, Rotterdam, Holland 
  • 1993-1994 Professor Assistant at the Academy of Music "Gheorghe Dima", Cluj, Romania 
  • 1994 Recipient of a full scholarship at Boston University, College of Fine Arts, Boston, Massachusetts. Studied piano with Prof. Anthony di Bonaventura
